you can but both of them will be significantly understrength flying with just 11-12 aircraft each compared to the typical 20.

in old day when when we had 32 F-16A/B Block 15s that is after 1992, No.9 & No.11 Sqn had F7Ps on strength to keep pilot hours up.

that was completely different aircraft so its not that bad its just single squadron with multiple sub-types.

It makes sense to structure the first deliveries this way to avoid unnessary attention, until such time the deliveries are completed: PAF no.8 goes on a round trip, the outgoing leg is photo-oped, they return discretly, Azb AF JF-17s are free to be seen from 'far', from the ground and from satellities.

still doesn't make sense why wouldn't you publicize your new jets , 5 aircraft delivered are not bad , also its impossible to hide jets nowadays

i mean we do have renewed tensions with India and we only have 4 tankers . as i have said before, i really want these to be first deliveries of Jf17 to AZ . lets wait and see what happens

That's why the elaborate setup makes more sense as a misdirection.. time will tell, no one can be sure.
