We don't know what the treaty has in it. However, there is no reason to doubt that Saudis will not fulfill their obligations. In fact, let's hope they will do even much more beyond the required in support Pakistan.

Pakistan has full support from Turkiye, Azerbaijan, and Iran too. Certain support from our Bangladesh brothers too is expected.

What probably happened was the cng cylinder exploded due to faulty valves or over pressure and the gas ignited...as said by initial reports the death was caused by burns not shockwave or shrapnel that much..

the video of the intervew also shows the fireballs reflection/glare on the building which is caused by a gas explosion...a amonium nitrate explosion DOESNOT causes a fireball.
