If you think about it. Not long ago there used to be these huge battleships. Now there's only small destroyers and frigates and carriers. Heck, carriers aren't even that useful anymore. Too big a target.

Not if aircraft carriers have a shield. they will stay. But that requires huge resources so that’s something for great military powers as the US and CN. Without a shield carriers are sitting ducks like tanks.

Carriers take too long to built. It takes years to built a carrier. Naval drones are built in the thousands a year. It only takes 1 drone to sink a carrier.
