at max, this can be charged as an extremist or a sympathiser or a colluder if only they claim that they don't believe in the constitution and use force to rule. Using flags and seals doesn't make anyone a terrorist. They must be proven in court based on an international standard. Otherwise, anyone is declared a gaddar, kustakh, terrorist, etc.
