I am pretty sure, post 2030, majority of the forum members would be cursing at the current lot of army establishment to continue with the corrupts of PMLN.
Maybe the next batch of army establishment would support PPP and banish the PMLN.
Gives a good incentive to the politicians and army leadership to lobby each other to suit their interest. An ideal template for institutional retardation.

This would have been 500 to 5 in favor of PTI on any matter before regime change and before military regime created an atmosphere of fear & darkness.
After regime change like most of Pakistanis, most of PDF members too became completely hopeless and left this forum forever, many members could not even believe that our military could be that disastrous and duffer by orchestrating a regime change and then doing naked brutality. The way people were shot, women dragged, mandate stolen, Most brazen interference in politics when DGISPR looked more of a political mafia then a general. When puppets were installed (the ones who were rejected by nation) and when self proclaimed, self promoted dictators / field marshals for life are brought up, only after this darkest era of Pakistan, when patriots left the forum and boot lickers (those 20+ anti-pti votes) arrived in more numbers and shamelessness infected this forum that someone nakedly can even imagine to ask a poll to ban country's only popular political party of the masses.

Well then, it seems to me you have a lot of interesting historical events to read about and analyze to better understand where Pakistan finds itself today and where it is likely to head. Just keep an open mind without any preconceived notions, and you will find much to digest, and all very interesting and relevant to many discussions here on PDF.
A Jedi learns to observe, never ignore.
For example, observe the knee jerk reactions above, which are boringly predictable, but also appreciate the insight the highlighted comments provide.
Whilst the false bravado claims defiantly that "going forward, military establishment will learn its place" the other comment reveals the internalized knowledge that their horse limped into defeat a long time ago: "this political circus is gonna continue to the infinity!"
They know they have lost. They are just not able to admit it - yet.
What they have left is mere knee jerk expression of outrage amounting to nothing. They deserve our pity more than anything.
(Dare I say to you that the same holds true for Palestinians and Iranians as well, but that discussion is best avoided by me for now, especially in this thread.)

Real culprits of 9th May are not only free but became Field marshal.
The ones who thought of this idea to abduct most popular national leader from the court were the real culprits. Ofcourse that event triggered the nation, PTI didn't knew that GHQ would do that. What happened in those 2 days were just a mobs out of control OR reaction of the angry nation.
Calling it all a "mutiny" or a "pre-planned" scheme is as absurd as anything. The only thing planned was to deliberately trigger the nation, and then make an excuse out of it to do a strong crack down both on PTI and internally against any officers who are against all these fascist policies.
Now an organisation as politicized and as political as Pakistan army can do whatever they want in this regard. I won't be surprised if they give hard sentences to ex- officers for FM's own political goal / agenda. Its only the game of power being played by the retired but lifetime bosses of army & airforce. Even a blind man can see that. You just need to have some conscious to see that.

They don't really care for human rights. If they were so concerned with human rights then so much has happened over the last few years at which they stayed quiet. It is more likely that "human rights violation" is being used as an excuse because Pakistan isn't playing ball with them over Afghanistan.
Republicans tried to pull a similar feat back in January 2022 (when IK was still PM) - they took it up to the Congress to sanction Pakistan and declare it a "terrorist safe-haven state" - because the relationship b/w the two countries were getting sour.
