One has to question, though: what came first here:
1. Observer
2.the balance point, or
3.the center of mass/gravity!

otherwise, observation dies!

What made this really interesting is the size and weight of the bottom stones, not just their selection and assembly. This tower has been standing for quite awhile in an area of high winds and waves, including that little apex stone.

In UK, you just need a permission… and that’s it…

I noticed people are generally fine if someone with the DSLR camera takes a picture but NO NO NO… if they are using mobile phone.
You don't need permission if you are in a public space (like a street, park, or so on), but if you are in a privately owned public space, you may need one.
 
This is really interesting certain places in the USA have reptiles even though snow is pretty common there in the winter.

probably, it is the only place in the world!

This one was a Northern Watersnake. Their habitat extends even further north into Canada too.
