I previously mentioned this on this forum:

Regarding military technology cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey, the proportion of technical support provided by Pakistan to Turkey is far greater than that provided by Turkey to Pakistan.
In a very few areas, Turkey is ahead of Pakistan. But in many more areas, Pakistan's technology is at least one generation ahead of Turkey, and in some areas, the gap is even more than two generations.

The problem is:
Pakistan lacks the economic strength to translate these technologies into actual products, and also lacks a sufficiently developed industrial environment to integrate these technologies.
In this respect, Turkey is doing better than Pakistan. Therefore, superficially, Turkey's military industry seems to be developing better. But in reality...... well, let's leave it at that, I don't want to start a flame war.

However, both Pakistanis and Turks oppose this view.

Lets clarify

@Michael in your previous post did you mean

Technologically
Turkey > Pakistan

Overall Benefits of relationship
Pakistan > Turkey
If we look at the general picture yeah Türkiye is technologically ahead. It’s not really possible for Pakistan to be 1 or 2 generations ahead. Because like @Michael (the Chinese guy) said, technology isn’t something that just “progresses by itself.” You need money, investment, years of training people, then even more money to turn that tech into an actual product. Then you improve it again and scale it up. It doesn’t fall from the sky. South Africa is a perfect example of this. China is a perfect example. South Korea is a perfect example. Türkiye is also a perfect example.

But nobody can deny this either: in the Türkiye–Pakistan relationship, Türkiye is the side that benefits the most. Whether it’s money, political support, or anything else, Türkiye gains more in this partnership.

So yeah in one way you can call it win-win, but it’s debatable from Pakistan’s side.

All I did was explain the stupidity of Turkish news channels to someone, then explain how the two countries look at the ballistic field differently because of tactical differences, not because of technological inferiority. I rarely comment on forums. I guess I just remembered again why I don’t feel like commenting.

The Government of Pakistan signed an agreement with China for acquisition of eight HANGOR Class submarines. Under this contract, four submarines are being built in China and remaining four will be constructed in Pakistan by Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Ltd (KS&EW), under Transfer of Technology (ToT).

any estimate on when they will be inducted
Hangor will definitely be inducted next year probably in February and perhaps a another one later in the year, 2 more Chinese built ones will be probably be inducted in 2027, if the first two Karachi built ones are launched next year then they will probably be inducted in 2028 and last two by 2030.

So all in all we will see the new 8 subs inducted into PN till 2030-32?
