I don't know, I am not the one that can answer this question, as I am not a Venezuelean, it's their business, if they wanted help, we can help them, but at the end, this is their busienss, not ours, and you can't force people that don't want to be help to get help, we tried that in Afghanistan...Venezuela is better off with someone pro U.S. even if they are puppets. No more sanctions and they will finally be able to refine and sell their oil. Those sanctions crippled their economy and severely hurt the people.
Not blaming the general arab population, but almost all of the arab leadership likes Israel and wants good relations and business with it.
You need multi layered systems and a capable Air Force to go against F-35s. Even Russia lacks 5th generation aircraft’s. The numbers they have are very low and are not even on the same level as F-35
