It is expected this Trump admin will act in a very hostile manner to visitors and immigrants. Will the Democrats roll back these changes in the future is the question. Dems are fakers of the highest order and secretly love a lot of what Trump does.

On a more serious note, this is mostly targetted against family based immigration. Employment based immigrants aren't really a public charge and, in fact, contribute to the tax base. This explains why countries like China, India and Mexico are not on the list.
