The Bangladesh government has reached out to Pakistan for support over its decision to skip travelling to India for the tournament, citing security concerns, sources said.

Why not? India is the largest market for ICC, 70-80% of ICC revenue comes from India then 38% is unfair but sure why not. That makes the rest of the boards recipients of our welfare. Boards line up to play cricket against us lol! India is single handedly responsibile for this sports survival.
We run T20 leagues, promote them in obscure regions where nobody even plays cricket promoting it. Yes ultimately it's a profit driven business but we are not squatting anywhere, we are the primary drivers of cricketing.

Take case of BD, India as a policy played test matches with them so that they can get the status of test playing country. Afghan cricket exist at all because we gave them grounds they can play. What have you done?

Frankly, this is a very sad day for the cricketing world.

Politics and politicians—from both sides—have unnecessarily dragged the sport into dirty disputes and jumped by Pakistan that have nothing to do with cricket.

It’s a truly sad ending for a game that should unite people, not divide them.
