They have a Nicop card but it is safer if you get a visa because you are then officially on the list of travellers of your host country in case something happens to you while traveling. It gives another layer of protection . If they traveled on nicop or Pakistani passport it is harder to get consular services while traveling

I have traveled to many countries but never used 'consular services'. What is it that many people seem mentioning? I am guessing his sons are from aristocratic background and will likely come in a private jet, stay in luxury hotels and move around in chaffered limousines. What sort of problem can they face? It is not like some discount backpackers who may lose their wallet or passport and don't know how to return home.
