US Legal system is a tough place to navigate. Most of the time result aren't going to show because there are a bunch of supposed leniency and political pressure applied.
If you want to discuss what it takes for the government, any government to take action on those name, I could go into more detail, but I will just briefly say it here, to have any one of the name investigate (not prosecuting), Trump's DOJ would need to reopen the case and re-investigate all the connection based on the material they had, and then restart their prosecution strategy. But that is what Trump DOJ said, by the mouth of Kash and Pam, that they are not going to do that.
That is because it's not going to be enough to indict these people, you need it to stick, which mean you need to know the ins and outs of everything, if all you want is to indict people, they could have done it now, Bill Gate, Bill Clinton, Steve Bannon, hell, even Musk and Trump himself can be already indicted with the material alone, but if you need to secure a conviction, those things in this file is not going to be enough, in fact, with Epstien dead, unless you have Maxwell collaborate or they somehow found another angle to confirm those information, this is a no go to begin with.
As I said, it would have been lucky for any victim to claim some sort of civil damage on what we know from the file. There may be more or this would be it, but we know at least one win from Virginia Guiffre already (Well, Andrew Settled, but I will still say that's a win), so I think there are going to be a few other civil action to come, that may not even dent the wallet of those people, but at least at this point, this is the best justice looks like.
