Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

That's unfortunate, and that's exactly is my worry.

Anyway, lets see when the current skirmish stops for the next one to start.
A political solution is there before bombs start falling, but Pak GHQ does not have that level of depth.
To start with, GHQ should be 100% transparent what is the political end goal.
Afg is not a case things should be kept secret.

Two hidden objectives.
A Maduru style action
And Wakhan even if Pak has to buy them out in $10 billion

Let's not confuse ourselves. If a measured response could solve this problem, hundreds of Pakistanis would not have been martyred by the Takfiri bastards in Kabul. We took a measured response in the last flare-up.

The interim Takfiri government of Afghanistan is using the TTP against Pakistan and our civilians. You have some sort of a Stockholm syndrome issue if you feel that Pakistan bears the responsibility for fixing things that Taliban destroy.

If there is human suffering in Afghanistan, it is because of the policies of the Takfiri bastards in Kabul. Pakistan offered free trade, CPEC, open borders, support for their refugees, and international recognition for these Takfiris, yet all we have seen in terms of payback has been the blood of our citizens all over KPK and BL.

Pakistani offer for trade and other benefits are still on the table for the interim Afghan government.

If you believe Pakistan can afford a generation worth of war with Afghanistan, please continue. These people relish and can only unite when elements of outsiders go against them. If your goal is to unite them in their visceral hatred against Pakistan, then please continue.

I may have some Stockholm syndrome but responsibilities of a mature neighbour are facts of life. Feel free to join the chorus and promise another generation worth of war. We will muddle through it as well like we always do but make sure you stand up when the next generation goes about asking why they are in such a mess.

Even the Pakistani Pathan analyst Hassan Khan says the Tajiks, the Uzbeks and other non Pashtun communities of Afghanistan are more progressive in their outlook. But Pakistan's policies have been too much shaped by the Pakistani Pashtun's ethnic ties with Afghanistan's Pashtun and thus Pakistan always neglected the non-Pashtun of Afghanistan to too much extent.
Our Pashtun lobby won't let this policy be reversed to drastically. That too is ok as long as the Taliban's stance on TTP can be managed through kinetic and other means.

The Taliban were told that next time Pakistan won't hold back in meetings in Doha etc. Yet they gambled with their TTP pawns and bit on more than they could chew. Currently FAFO chittrol is being meted out. This won't be solved this easily. This treatment will have to be delivered periodically.

This is also not something that any of us wanted to see happen. But these Taliban bastards have insisted on spilling the blood of Pakistanis despite all pleading and supplication.
