⭕️ Breaking | A senior Iranian official tells AJ English Iran’s proposal “does not include any ideas regarding our missile systems and defense programmes. The principle of zeroing enrichment forever, dismantling nuclear facilities and transferring uranium stockpiles is completely rejected.”

The official confirmed Iran is offering a “temporary freeze on enrichment for a limited period,” stating that “uranium enrichment is a sovereign right.”

They added that “our proposal for a solution includes technical and practical tracks and data that prove that we do not want a nuclear weapon.”

It includes the pursuit of “common interests, especially in the economic dimension,” and also offers reducing stockpiles to low-enrichment levels under IAEA supervision.

He said the offer is “politically serious and technically creative and includes everything needed to reach an agreement immediately.”

No, If 10,000 kg of uranium is enriched to 60% (or less), it cannot make ANY ATOMIC BOMB. To make one, you would have to take this uranium and re-enrich it until it all reaches 90%, then you could make about 250 Hiroshima-style bombs.

He did not state 10,000kg of weapons grade HEU; I understood it total stockpile of enriched uranium at all enrichment levels combined that Trump administration wants to be taken out of Iran.

As of May 17, 2025, Iran's total enriched uranium stockpile is approximately 9,247.6 kg, including over 400 kg enriched to 60% purity, which is near weapons-grade
. This stockpile has increased significantly and far exceeds the 300 kg limit set by the 2015 JCPOA deal, with enough high-level material to potentially produce multiple nuclear weapons.
