Yes, there are political problems within Pakistan, but this conspiracy theory is ridiculous.
One can criticize the establishment, but here we have our state on stake, and state should be protected.
Please understand that Imran Khan can also make mistakes.
For example, do you remember that initially Taliban tried to get control of Swat area, but army kicked them out. But later political parties (including Imran Khan on the front) pressured army to leave Swat and hand over entire area to Sufi Muhammad.
Due to that pressure, army left Swat, and then Taliban returned immediately and within 2-3 days they took control of the entire Malakand Division. And they didn't stop there, but then they further advanced towards Bonir and Islamabad, as they wanted to take control of entire Pakistan.
At the end, once again army was called, Swat operation took place, millions of Pakistanis had to leave Swat area and became IDPs in camps, billions were lost in that operation.
Why?
Only due to foolishness of our politicians who think that there exist any good Taliban, or we can do really do any pact with Taliban and trust them, and Taliban will stop at that pact and will not try to impose their Sharia system in Pakistan.
And Imran Khan was on the forefront of that foolish decision. He still does not understand the "mentality" of Taliban that they are not going to stop on any pact. As soon as they get some power, they will immediately exert it on others.
Yes, Afghan Taliban can be defeated in their aim of taking control of Pakistan, just like army did it in Swat where Taliban ran away and we had peace there.
And yes, Pakistan didn't start it, but it were Taliban who started terrorism in Pakistan.
If Imran Khan opposes army at this moment, then it will be again severe mistake by Imran Khan.
