Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

i have no problem with you or anyone supporting the army and the armed forces, but unconditional support will lead to overstepping of the boundries.
and the screams due to this overstepping are comjng from India and Social media trolls homes in Pakistan and abroad who bad mouth Pakistan army.

i fully support this overstepping because PTI trolls were threatening to extend Afghanistan up to Attok.

Seems like F-7s got to stretch their wings too.. good use of these airframes considering their limited use in eastern theater.

. Yes people of KPK might vote for IK but that has nothing to do with their attachment to the army.

Or perhaps the nuance here is simple: in KP, support for IK is less hero worship and more a reaction to power... The recent surge in his popularity is due to the fact that currently he's seen as the only leader who openly challenged the Army, and that resonates well in a province battered by (foreign) wars and terrorism, where many believe (rightly or wrongly) that the military’s selfish policies has fueled all the chaos and civilian losses...

But that doesn’t mean they oppose the Army in all cases... Resentment over some legitimate grievances isn’t the same as rejecting action against militants and terrorists.... If anything, many in KP hate foreign sponsored terrorists far more than they dislike their own Army...

And then there is a sizeable segment (esp in the settled districts) that backs Pakistan and its Army unconditionally...

taliban know low intensity proxy war death by a thousands cuts, operating under threshold of war is their only strategy to weaken Pakistan.

This is what they did for the last 20 years.

If Pakistan prematurely cease operations then it will be back to this status quo.

Therefore all stakeholders of this proxy war must be exterminated. Command and Control destroyed. Heavy weapons destroyed. Bomb making facilities destroyed.

Full TTP and BLA surrender.

That is the only route to durable peace. This can take months.

This was the real reason as why IK was removed from the office as the American were humiliated after 2 decades spent in Afghanistan and couldn’t come close with total control of the country because our army had helped the mujahideens secretly ak Taliban at that time, IK was made the scapegoat by the army to compensate the west’s embarrassment aswell as the former isi chief. You can connect the dots here it’s all too obvious that our government and the general have made a promise to the American/west to give Taliban a thrashing and give back America the Bagram airfield.
Now we have just entered spiral of chaos with no end on their behalf.
Long live Pakistan and it’s army
you know what

your shit is stronger. I n3ed ggis wtuff to smoke after Iftar.

Imran was no escape goat he WAS the GOAT. resettling of TTP and sipping green tea was with his full support and agreement. remember he used to start his marches from Radical Red mosque? he fell because he bet on the wrong horse 🐎 a horse who was selfish and aanted ho become COAS but is now behind bars.

Interesting to see 155mm howitzers in action. Thus far Pakistan had only used FC manned D-30 (122mm) and Type-59s (130mm). Sahi phainty laga rahi hai artillery ab.

Rocket force ki entry baki hai

isnt drone target an easy job?
That too during an airshow when you have zero pressure or responsibility of a war. I think Indian AF has just given up and accepted their role as a failure after they were screwed over in 2019 and then Op Langoor.

It takes mental toll when you are representing an 8 times larger country but get slapped around and grounded at the very first night by PAF.

Nothing unites us Pakistanis better than external aggressors threatening us.

All border populations are armed. Atleast us in Pishin-Killa Abdullah definitely are. Kunis can never dare cross the border in an organised invading manner.

Get Fc'k Tellitubbies
Seriously, i'm trying to understand the sitiation.
From news in Turkey, it sounds like Pakistan blames Taliban for supporting terrorism in Pakistan. Taliban says they are not supporting. So, war brokes out.

There should be specific demands on Afganistan, what are they?

Ok So Operation Has Started ???? What Is The End Game????

And BTW When GQH Attack Happened, the Mehran Base Attack Happened, Pakistan Also Used To Accuse The Then Government of Afghanistan, Which Was Pronouncedly Pro India. Why Wasn't Any Operation Conducted By The Army Then????

Pakistan Also Accuses India of Formenting Terror in Pakistan,Why Hasn't The Army Conducted Any Operation Against India

I Guess Discretion Is The Better Part Of Valour When Full Fledged Standing Armies Are Involved

Million dollar questions. You won't find any with misplaced "loyalties" or rather institutional worshipers, to come up with the answers. This is was the age old question back in the WOT 1.0 days as well.

I am doing my little bit on influential channels against the huge Indian presence, against the huge bias against Pakistan in the West, against the brainwashed Pakistanis, against the Afghans who blame everything on Pakistan.
NY Times is running this as a major story today. I am in the Comments sections.

Me:
"While it is always good to know both sides' versions, this conflict was inevitable because the Afghan Taliban regime's policies. It is not just Pakistan, the A.T regime have issues with all of its neighbors--all of them. I feel sad for the ordinary people of Afghanistan who have not seen any peace since the fall of King Zahir Shah in mid 70s. It seems like warfare has truly become a way of life for the Afghanis. I hope peace is restored in that region."

Yossarian:
""...the ordinary people of Afghanistan..." could have risen up and rid themselves of the Taliban but many of them chose to become part of the Taliban. As for Pakistan (which fathered these murderous religious berserkers) and the Taliban itself, they deserve each other. The current conflict is (please excuse my lack of empathy) poetic justice for both of them."

Me:
"@Yossarian You could benefit from reading Ahmad Rashid's seminal work 'Taliban'. Dated it maybe, you will see that the Afghan Taliban movement rose organically after the Soviets left and the movement was a counter to the warlords who were slaughtering each other right after the Soviets left. Pakistan decided to support one of those factions to bring stability and peace to the then Afghanistan, and that faction was the Afghan Taliban. If you think the Afghan Taliban are bad then you have not paid attention to the other factions in Afghanistan!BTW, religious extremism in Afghanistan was nurtured by not only the Pakistanis: Most of the Muslim world, Pakistan, and the Western world was part of that crime--which was done just to counter the Soviets in Afghanistan. Pakistan is not the only culprit."

Austen:
"It’s always been a way of life. The tribes there have been at war one way or another since before Alexander the Great invaded and founded Kandahar. When I was deployed there, the US Army found one of the easiest ways to prevent attacks on US positions was simply to pay the warlords not to attack. It’s kind of ironic, but, the tribal warlords over there are basically like US billionaires. They have no allegiances to flags, kings, presidents, or nations. They couldn’t really care less what the land they lord over is called on a map. What they care about is their own territory and their own power. So, to them, it didn’t matter if they were taking money from the Taliban, Putin, the US, or China. Sometimes they’d take money from *all* sides. And if the payments were late? They’d send a few mortars, rockets or IEDs into a mountain valley to remind the US why payments needed to be made on time.I do feel bad for the children of Afghanistan. Because that’s why the cycle of war hasn’t been broken for thousands of years. The only thing their fathers know is war. And they teach their sons war. Those boys grow up and teach their sons war and so on and so forth. And the cycle perpetuates on throughout the ages. For thousands of years."
