There will definitely follow a big response after official announcement of Ali Khamanei's martyrdom

But I don't think IRGC actually made that statement

Or it could be a faction within the Iranian political establishment who has worked very hard to get rid off anyone who was opposed to their plan. This looks like an internal coup, supported by the US and Israel from outside.

This attack was basically similar to the one took out Hassan Nasrallah and other Hezbollah leaders.

It’s all speculation on my partner. After all the mole could have been bodyguard or housekeeper for Khamenai. But someone relayed the timing and location of the meeting.

Okay I get you, and agree on there being moles, but that still doesn't rule out Larijani as a mole if that was genuinely his intention.

Going nuclear would change the equation. The Americans and Israelis would think twice before escalating matters further. Of course Iran should have done this much earlier.

I am afraid it will be a very tough fight without the nukes. Iran is facing a gang. This isn't one against one. The nuclear status will grant Iran a lot of negotiating power.

With his death, I am pretty sure there will be more Iranians coming up to protest against his rule. Considering how deep Israel has infiltrated into them.
 
What do Iranian PDF members think? I'm under the assumption that the vast majority of Iranian ppl, particularly the younger generation are happy with the trajectory of the current events?

Iran is doing everything it possibly can and more

From asymmetric perspective there is not much more they can do, especially without much needed 'proxy' allies of Hamas and Hezbollah

People need to stop talking shit because it's not easy to kill Israeli and American soldiers

And when Hamas got creative and did it to Israel, all Muslims started attacking Hamas and calling them stupid.
