Mocking someones culture like this will bound to have a negative effect on those who are LEGALLY there hence why it is an abhorrent behaviour. what is the point of having law and don't enforce them? tat is mockery of laws?
how to treat illegals is stated in our laws, we are not supposed to bow to Taliban because of how they may treats merchants if we deport illegal immigrant or prevent their entry into Iran.
