Iranian regime didn't learn the lesson last time and gathered many of its important official at the same place when there was a threat to their lives.

Either Iran is completely compromised that you can't even trust your next of kin as well, or the brains of the intelligence official are really really thick.

Now they are wasting their missiles on the neighbouring countries rather than targeting the real culprit. They made many enemies during the Arab uprising, they are now masking sure that any possibility of changing the minds of their foes remains ZERO.

If Iran had any information that any attack had happened from any neighbouring country, it would've been on the right side of the history to target those. But when you have the full career strike group parked near you and you bomb civilian airports of the neighbouring countries, it doesn't make sense. It only makes sense if you have an unlimited supply of the missiles and at least 2-3 permanent UN security members on your side.

To be fair to Iran, the "systems" and "weapons" that they are using on the USA bases in the GCC are not weapons they can use against Israel because those systems don't have the range to reach Israel.

The carrier group has moved out of the range of the systems that Iran has, to target them.

It's not Iran's fault - have you seen the footage from CENTCOM, their radars were taken out pretty early in the fight:

Ideally they should have put some effort against SEAD operations like rotating the assets from time to time at different locations.
Even if some were destroyed, there should have been replacements ready to take over the surveillance tasks.
Or Iran is running out of these assets and only thing they have in numbers are ballistic missiles?

Plenty here have been cheering for Iran to destroy the neighboring Arab countries and you can see their posts in this thread! Such smart strategic thinkers!
I have been consistent in saying the only way to move the needle would be either enormous pain on Israel or American body bags. Attacking neighboring Arab countries may assuage desire for vengeance but no strategic gains. Actually, Americans and Israelis won't care if the Arab countries are attacked and Israelis would probably cheer that!

Where are the Americans that Iran can target in these operations?

Because this could help give the Americans an off-ramp. I really can't imagine the actual American war planners wanting to deal with something like a carrier ship being hit, in that scenario a really really strong response will be expected

They already can say they have taken the leader out.

The American narrative is probably easier than the Israeli narrative, how can they accept any ceasefire on favorable terms.

And when I mean ceasefire I mean the Americans will at least have to reduce their military buildup by a huge chunk
