Even in the UKR War there are reports some NATO soldiers delivering weapons to UKR clandestinely to avoid responsibility for nuclear escalation, in the end finally getting taken out by Russian missiles, so will Russia and China risk that just to supply Iran in the middle of war?

I think Iran was very smart to invest in its BM program. Its more survivable and creates more deterrence under the circumstances Iran lives in.
No matter how strong your airforce is. It will survive only few days against a super power. The more lasting deterrence will be your missile force.
I am not undermining the value of Airforce at all. But realistically Iran could have only 300 to 400 fighter jets. That threat can be eliminated sooner than BMs which were in 10s of thousands and that too in hardened underground facilities.
