this base is between Karaj and Tehran

it is a very substantial complex with several tunnel entrances across different sides of the mountain

at its peak the mountain is 1000m above entrance level

if those tunnel entrances have not been hit, I assume the others have not either

That looks more like an underground assembly plant. You aren’t building solid fuel missiles underground, the fuel production process is highly toxic and dangerous.

more of the process underground is a good thing and should be seen in context of MODAFL confirming it didn't stop producing missiles for one day during June war
