Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

Just the difference between a professional military and Armed militia larping as one, we currently have quite a few of their bodies in our possession.
Even professionals loosen up a bit against an uncouth enemy and that's for a good reason

Some people deserve to be treated like animals because it's the only form of communication they understand

Possibly cobras being used.

These gore tactics are meant to instill fear, guilt, and demoralize the opponent.

We already have a lot of domestic idiots who's hatered of militarty be it justified or not, feeds off of these acts. We are also one mistake away from realizing the labels Indian and Afgandus throw at us.

Yeah, we cant do this.....atleast not on record.

What NEEDs to be done in retaliation, imho. is IBO against leaders.

What would that achieve? You are not a 2-bit military or a nation of swine.
Better militaries and better nations than you in the present and past have done so, because it has a certain psychological effect related to morale associated with it, especially when an animalistic opponent begins to believe only they are the side capable of inflicting brutality or perceive the lack thereof as weakness.

Everything is judged according to context. Just as the Iranians have adapted their strategy against a genocidal enemy for deterrence to include otherwise non-military targets.

Anyway, I'm not going to derail this thread with a debate on this, we have differing opinions, and that's okay

I guess Pakistan and Afghanistan should broker at least a temporary peace, in light of the current situation. A much bigger enemy is knocking the door, and a threat for both countries.

Clearly not better militaries or nations.

The psychological effect is in the unemotional pressing of a button beyond their reach and blowing dozens into smithereens. That effect's result is the frustration taken out on that one they could reach. War is not won on emotions.

No such goals achievable by beheading some cockroaches.

It's like talking to a child, this is why I said we won't ever agree and to not derail the thread.

Okay, none of them were better at all as they don't meet your idealistic standards, the world's opinions & actual facts don't matter. And sure, there is no psychological link between that and the morale of forces. Stay happy.

No thank you. Can't have daily funerals in Pakistan as a result of "peace" with Afghanistan.

I believe Pakistan gave the Afghan Taliban ample time (15/08/2021 - 28/02/2026) to live in peace with Pakistan but no, they want half of our country instead.

I can’t stop wondering why do we even bother wasting missiles and munitions destroying all this fancy kit the us left over to Afghanistan. We just need to strike Afghanistans very limited petroleum infrastructure and strangle them out of fuel. How will they send vbied and move hvt throughout country without petrol in their cars. When life comes to a grinding halt eventually even some civilians might rise up. Pakistan has both time and options on its side, we need to play the long and calculated game.
We should be looking to strike a deal with some Taliban warlord to bring this equipment to Pakistan. I am sure we can find some traitor in their ranks.
