Lol, no. Try again. Negotiations with hijackers are standrad procedures. Even USA did it in the past when their ship was hijacked by pirates.
That is how Indian English sounds. Besides, I didn't read about any official request from BD government to Indian navy.
Why can't you guy disgaree without insulting others? as I said, fighting pirate doesn't make a navy battle hardened. CQB is good for some SF folks, but that is insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

IAF also announced plans to upgrade 11 IL76 heavylifters , because they know that it will take 10 years to get new Medium/heavy transport aircrafts

Indian Navy isn't doing it to get battle hardened but doing what it is supposed to do, and I never claimed BD has requested us, but sure BD has been on a "pleej save our ship shorrr" (corrected it for Bangla english) mode ever since the hijacking happened.
I get a salary after deduction of TDS from my employers DLF.
