It's not China's responsibility to save a country especially when that country doesn't value what China is offers them.

The Chinese drafted a massive $400 billion 25-year economic cooperation agreement, and the Iranians dragged their feet hoping they will get better deals from the EU under JCPOA or some other version of JCPOA.

So, China did not progress any further. (If Iranians are going to be so fussy, why bother).

On the other hand,
  • In 2014, China offered a $400 billion economic deal to Russia, and the Russians grabbed it with both hands.
  • In 2015, China offered a $62 billion CPEC package to Pakistan, and the Pakistanis grabbed it with both hands.
Russian has been pummeling Ukraine since 2022 with Chinese support.
Pakistan pummelled India in 2025 and now Afghanistan with Chinese support.

You have to commit to China. That's how it works.

You are naive if you think Xi will allow any Chinese factory to supply any overt arms that could implicate China. Especially when these drones are being used on Chinese allies (Arab countries).

China’s assistance will likely stay in the realm of intelligence and maybe components.

Xi is another Khamenai —cautious and anti conflict molded under the hardships that Mao caused his father and the people of China.

He is somewhat pissed and pessimistic.

On real time matters, so far it seems that Iran is applying very clever and rational strategy, trying to blind enemy and atrittioning enemy defence with law cost drones to open corridors for their missiles, math says it should yield results eventually. Meanwhile, iranian people are under terror attacks from air which is problem itself unsolvable but expected to happen due savage nature of the enemy.

There is no way Pakistan can actually take any side in this. Even KSA knows this. Iran is just using Pakistan's relation with KSA to ask them nicely, to stay out of this mess.

Lets just hope KSA listens to it otherwise Pakistan is in no political, military and demographic situation to risk jumping into any of this. KSA Pakistan alliance should only be reserved to counter israel/india, as was originally intended.

Who gives this idea every time ? And more importantly, why do they agree to that idea every time ? Nasrallah, then Ayatollah, then this ... I'm so astounded, is there no way for higher ups in Iran to communicate without gathering in one room ? Phones, emails, Blackberry, human messengers, political reps.

If nothing works then just send sealed envelopes with wax stamps, people were doing it 3,000 years ago at times of wars ? Why do they keep gathering together while israel is actively bombing ?

You're too foolish to be saved. You naively believe the reports of news media completely controlled by the US/Israel.

What you don't know is that right now, many factories in China are working overtime to produce certain "special products" for Iran.

The Chinese don't like to engage in war of words. We just quietly get things done.
