Iran is restraining a lot against PGCC with only limited strikes, they didn't yet fire MRLS/theater BMs at them

their lauch sites and silos are constantly being targeted.
they might not have them if they don't use them soon.

Israel isn't really doing a ground invasion into Lebanon as Hezbollah will have chance to inflict casualties on IDF forces this way

Which will help Hezbollah regain its prestige and also improve Iran's morale

Thus, Israel is just issuing evacuation orders left and right hoping everyone leaves so it can carpet bomb its way into south Lebanon without any resistance
