South Lebanon will be gone for good now. Whatever Israel occupies now it will permanently occupy and annex for sure. I am not sure there is enough there to stop them this time as the local defenders were all removed and most of the defensive structures were decommissioned and verified as such, under promises that the Lebanese Army will defend sovereignty, which we can see has proven to be a hollow promise.

The news of 1-2 tanks is nothing, soon Israel will be sending tens of thousands of soldiers over and they will move through South Lebanon very quickly this time.

It will be interesting to see what Turkey does to the Iranian Kurds being mobilized against Iran from Iraq. If there is a Kurdistan then will be another UAE like dagger into several countries.
Pakistan is already crippling the Afghan Taliban to preempt a foreign backed major front opened from Afghanistan if/when the Iran war becomes a regional war. There are good reasons for Pakistan to destroy the weaponry in Afghanistan and the facilities in Afghanistan's Bagram Airbase.

Yes - technologically it is run up there, but it spends most of its life in port, getting fixed. Serviceability on the Type-45 fleet is very poor as only HMS Dauntless, Daring, and Dragon have had fixes to try and address issues in operating in warm waters, amongst its many issues.

That's a good question.

There are only going to be 1 out of 2 ways out of this mess.

Either both sides concede and stand down, or we are going to see one major conflict in the Middle East that makes George W Bush look like a saint.

The best case scenario is either Trump or Iran did something else to each other and declared victory and stopped, or Iran took the high road and stopped (the notion of Trump taking the high road is a joke to me) worst-case scenario is that Iran can't get over the death of Khemeni and Trump won't back down from the tantrum he was throwing, then this war keep going with Israel fanning the heat. Israel won't stop because that is a part of Nethanyahu move to cling to power (Which I said right after Oct 7 when people laughed at me, and now it's almost 3 years later and still he is in charge).

If this is not resolved, then this will just keep escalating. And I don't see any other way this war is going away, hell, I see it even when what I said becomes true, this war is still not going away. We are just putting it on the back burner for the next 2 years, 10 months.

But well, let's hope cooler heads prevail

How will this turn in to a major conflict, Iran is fighting with all of its might and Usa Israel is already destroying Iranian military, or do you mean invasion of Iran as some members are point towards.

By the way I remember your point on ballistic and cruise missile damage, you mentioned it destroys a few buildings or blocks but it doesnt do significant damage to make someone win a war. So in another words Iran 5000 missiles will run out soon and they will be sitting duck but Usa Israel will continue to destroy iran capabilities, send them back to 1980s.

Oh I agree with you %. It will probably break down on its way there and have to be towed back to port.

Sir i remember years ago when we were buying f22p. Pakistan was interested in british ships claiming to be really good. Type 23 I think. My knowledge was type 45 would be really good as british ships have good maintenance qualities.

Somebody needs to detain them. They're filming it and sharing exact name of neighborhood where it's happening

Al Jazeera needs to remove subtitle highlighting location and just give generic location of 'south Lebanon'

Al Jazerah has western collaboration, run under supervision of Qatari state which houses a sizeable western forcces as an ally so it wont be impossible for Israeli, American agents ingiltrating the organisation and spy on anyone hostile towards Israel and America.

Sir i remember years ago when we were buying f22p. Pakistan was interested in british ships claiming to be really good. Type 23 I think. My knowledge was type 45 would be really good as british ships have good maintenance qualities.

Brother Royal Navy is plagued with poor maintenance and serviceability. A lot of their advanced ships have been stuck in ports due to repairs or overhauls.

I am now more convinced that a technologically powerful country is helping Iran on many fronts.

Iran is a member of SCO, so some members are giving intelligence and resources to Iran, shame nothing constructive like military force. They dont need to fight Usa or Israel but stop the attacks, bring negotiations back on the table, give gurantees Iran will not attack any neighbours which is fake propaganda in the first place. End of the conflict.
