Apart from enemy aircraft incursions and bombings these are mostly cruise missile strikes from enemy ships far away. Cruise missiles are slow and although they may have improved stealth features within 10-15 km range they are not undetectable. If Majid system have a lightweight cousin with a short range radar and missile emplacement it can work to take down cruise missiles. Radar guided guns would also be effective against lucas kamikaze drones. Eventually these types of systems needs to produced in numbers to cheaply defend against cruise missiles.
It is difficult to produce whole vehicles underground but missile platforms and sensor packages can be produced separately which can then be towed with jeeps-atvs outside and installed to required positions.
As you said they will have trained scouts usa mercenaries among their ranks and call in airstrikes when they see large formations of Iranian soldiers. Also reaper-heron drones would be flying overhead that needs to be taken down continiously by Iran.
Also Russians use lightweight fixed wing drones like orlan to monitor enemy troop movements. Larger high altitude Iranian drones will be taken down by enemy aircraft like f16s but smaller low flying orlans wont be taken out unless planes gets close to them that is within manpad reach. It is both harder to shoot small orlans down a2a and expensive with aim120 to do that. When enemy activity is detected in an area by Iranian orlan derivative mlrs or srbm with anti personnel warhead can be launched to that point of enemy concentration.
Installing booby traps in every retreated area would slow them down as well. Hezbollah may have experience shared with Iranian forces about those traps both gained in Labennon and Syria operations. Remote mining some possible entry points would also be useful if there is suitable equipment.
