What did you have for iftaari?

For sehri - I drink 1 glass of water, eat Paranta with Greek Yougart @Foinikas, then have some tea.
For Iftar - Eat everything, from samosa, fruit chaat, roti, chicken, juice. Then later on have my palawan food, cashews, Almonds, daily dates, glass of milk. I also try to drink a few glasses of water to make sure I am hydrated.
almond, cashew, nuts - all sorta wierd 6-7 nuts, dates, milk, all mixed into one for breakfast, and that's it
dinner anything goes but I do like to eat steak 2-3 times a week atleast eventhough its terrible for one's health, but I can't help myself
Never rice hate rice I am a paindu so my indulgence is always roti and big FAT parathe
No pakore or fried stuff i dont like the taste

Even if I am dying i cant let go of steak and those big fat juicy parathe
itll kill me one day i think

If you can run for 2 hrs you will burn off the paratha. Steak is fine but I'm vegetarian by choice.

Almonds are really good for you cashews are very high in cholesterol so limit intake of those.

Cmon people, share your iftaaris.

Today i had grilled tandoori wings, home made chicken burgers, chips and a donner chicken tikka mix kebab.

I only went to the chip shop to buy some chips but ended up getting a kebab too.

I feel like im 9 months pregnant right now.

Damn, so it was you who ate all the chicken in the uk…. lol. Nice!
