The gist of this Palestinian guy's video is that if the Arab countries indeed stick with not allowing the American forces to launch attacks from their countries, then the American military presence in the Middle East is severely limited. Per this guy, many of the American bases are destroyed and rebuilding is going to take some time. Add to the equation, the Iran President's offer of no attacks on the Arabian countries unless attacked, it points toward a potentially major regional shift on long term bases--not pun intended!

Already some Arab official complained about how the Americans devoted their protective resources for Israel at the expense of the Arab countries. So, per this video, the options left for the American attack would be the aircraft carriers or Turkey/Azerbaijan but those countries may not oblige. Notice this guy didn't bring up Pakistan as a route to attack; during the height of the Israel-Gaza war, he was skeptical about Pakistan but not anymore.
This war on Iran has to be looked through a regional angle!
