Yes and one has to remember that this time US and Israel are in the worst ever situation they have been, strategically, even with the US joining in, this time.

Their GCC forward bases are out of operations and they have no allies working with them. As per Western media, they are dropping the smallest possible munitions on Iran due to fuel capacity limits since they are operating from such a distance. If they could not take out Iran's capabilities back then, then it would be far more difficult for them to do it now.

Their whole plan, was hoping for regime change after Khamenei, which simply failed and they ended up damaging their own interests and messing up global economy at a large scale. Now they can keep throwing bombs at Iran but they do not have the capacity to keep going at it.. and looking at Gaza, Russia, Ukraine, that acheives nothing at all in the long term.

This is overflight of Syrian and Iraqi airspace for those Tomahawks. Iran will be justified targeting all US bases and soldiers in Iraq and Syria like it has done since the beginning of this war. Heck, even the embassy in Baghdad is fair game because the US embassy there can be used as a front to channel funds to Kurds to attack Iran, so Iran should target all bases and US interests in Iraq and make them leave the country with their tails tucked between their legs.
