Relationship between Pakistan and Iran are very cordial since the last 12 day war between Israel and Iran, in which Pakistan supported Iran.

I would correct your one statement, certain GCC nations have formed militants or supported existing ones with arms and a flood of money, as in Sudan, Syria, and elsewhere. They've hosted outsiders, with nefarious motives to destabilize the region over the last decades.

The only saving grace is that they've never been sanctioned or hit in the wallet, which has kept their ego intact.
