I think mujtaba appointment is very important.. people will sympathize with him as his father was most loved person in country and around the world inside Muslim and he will unite the country. Because he is young and he represent the revenge inside the country

I think Iran still has the ability to sink the US carrier, but they're saving it for later to control the escalation ladder for now. If the new Leader senses that Trump doubles down and is committed to a long ground invasion with lots of troops, then that's when the kid gloves comes off and any USN ship becomes fair game to destroy the invasion fleet before it makes landing.

The reason why I said this because 8-9 days into the war, Iran is still able to fire the big-ass Khoramshahr-4(K-4) missile without it being destroyed from the air strikes. This means the enemy doesn't have yet complete air superiority over Iran, let alone Air Supremacy. Which means Iran can fire anything they want now. Also, the big missiles still able to be launched means that these types of missiles along with the Hypersonic ASBMs are still safe and numerous, having avoided destruction by air strikes. So to target a carrier less than 400kms away from Iran's coasts and make a serious attempt at sinking it is doable, if the new SL orders it.

Probably would take 4-6 direct clean hits on the deck to punch multiple holes through it to ensure the multiple explosions ignite fires inside it to make it sink, but must be Mach 6 or above upon impact to have the kinetic damage for it?

The Iranians are literally fighting a superpower and its lackey and surviving and fighting pretty well while still holding back a lot😄

Never expected to live a day when such brave heroes can survive so well against an enemy with a strong force, fighting back while still holding back.

The gulf states are having cardiac - no planes - no supplies. No planes means no people coming to holiday and spend. Absolute strangle hold. So they wanted American bases and let them be used to attack Iran? Now suffer the consequences.
