Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Appears Hezbollah is using homemade rockets

They will be able to build many and also more easily replenish supplies.

Their homemade variants will be better quality of Gaza variants as Hezbollah can source better equipment and raw materials

They will also produce their own launchers for many types of rockets
Most of their rockets are homemade same as with Hamas and other groups biggest difference a number of them have guidance kits delivered by Iran not saying a lot but could very well be in the hundreds or over thousand with different ranges

Most if not all the firing in past few hours, including on central Israel, has been by Hezbollah and not Iran.
They’re now wearing down the defenses cheap rockets by the hundreds how many interceptors do you think they had to use we have been seeing 4 to 6 sometimes for one rocket

Yeah you right about guidance/precision kits

But they actually mostly smuggled rockets in the past up until recently. They are now expanding domestic production and likely largely relying on it.

They will actually become more powerful this way with time. Like Hamas on steroids because building from ground up, their domestic production doesn't require smuggling routes it's well hidden throughout Lebanon and they will build more tunnels to transfer weapons across areas in Lebanon and build more depots like Hamas.

They're also more aggressive than usual closer to how Hamas and Islamic Jihad used to be. I mean policies wise escalation ladder wise they're going higher up than they usually have. It's a more high risk high reward approach.

Israel radcilized the group with its war on Lebanon, displacing Lebanese people in the South, and constant daily assassinations for two years of Hezbollah members. Israel went too far despite Hezbollah being calculated at that time.

Thus it left Hezbollah with less to lose and no incentive to being calculated anymore.

We are seeing Hezbollah fight it out with heart and higher up escalation ladder to redraw equation

Wish them the best

Interesting to see how Iranians are successfully been able to launch multiple missiles from same location.

This event is suggestive of two scenarios:

1. Either Iranians are so desperate that they took the risk of loosing multiple TELs after the launch as in some previous cases coalition succeeded in destroying TELs minutes after the launch.

2. Or the kill chain's shooter component has not achieve such a complete coverage over western Iran to destroy maximum number of TELs after launch.

The rockets they're firing at Tel Aviv are not quite ballistic missiles but better than Gaza rockets. Maybe they have guidance kits or something. Because they're getting there fast and I don't think Iron Dome is intercepting them. They may be using David Slings systems.

The Patriot/Thaad/Arrow is still largely reserved for Iranian BM's

But this is first time they have to regularly use David Sling to intercept Hezbollah rockets at central Israel. And these are not the short range bm Hezbollah has. They are 320mm rockets but possibly fitted with guidance kits of some sort

I’m fairly sure Hezbollah is definitely trying to pull the idf into their home turf they can’t keep intercepting this volume of rockets the past 2 weeks if they are giving semi accurate reports 300 plus missiles have either been or attempted to be intercepted upwards to a thousand interceptors of the patriots David arrow 2 and 3 they want to bleed Israel’s resolve which usually starts happening when they’re forced back into a war
