Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

A nation always requires a strong air force. While I agree that the odds were against Iran. Largely because the Americans and Israelis have aligned. An air force remains an absolute necessity for establishing aerial presence. When coupled with a robust arsenal of missiles and other strategic assets, you have the complete package.
Iran is not operating as a nation, it's operation as guerillas. And in assymetric guerilla warfare how often have u seen them using an air force or demanding that they need them?

You can only develop air force if you can protect them. Otherwise the overwhelming superior enemy will just wreck them and u wasted all that money.

Best for Iran would be enough planes that it could safely hide underground. Even that could arguably not work if the runways and entrances are constantly bombed.

You needed some kind of defensive aerial system at least that wasn't so vulnerable like the ground based ones to at least prevent or blunt sustained aerial bombing.

Sadly, they were removed back in 08 owing to the safety record of the aircraft:

it was deemed ineffective because the crew had to open a hatch deploy an escape spoiler and then exit the escape hatch, actions considered practically impossible to execute in a unstable platform during an emergency. Cost was not the issue it was a design constraint.

They were starting to get on the same page when Egypt had a democratic leader. But then with the imposition of sissi who is a yes man to america and Israel they are unlikely to get make any headway
That's true and am against that coup led by that moron but then again the gulf countries are against him now since a lot of army commanders refused to participate in any strikes against houthis or even deploy troops to the gulf to face Iran.

the reputation of Iran now between Egyptians are high and very high and any approach after the war will probably be met with a Big Welcome.

They know better what they are doing. They have tried negotiations and were slapped with a 12-day war and internal sabotage. Then, the Jan uprising followed and fortunately, Trump was busy in Venezuela.

This time, even Iran offered an oil deal, and that fissile material will be placed in a 3rd country, but still they were bombed.

If they let this attack go unpunished, they will be attacked the 3rd time.

Of course, the Iranians have thousands of years of statecraft history behind them, and thus they have the wisdom and experience to chart the best possible course for their country.

They have chosen defiance and determination against overwhelming military odds, but they seem to have prepared well for it, as we can see.

The biggest losers beside Iran will be big Muslim countries like Egypt and also both Pakistan and Bangladesh if this war keep continuing, as both rely on import for energy with large population and also remittance from Middle East countries to defense their currency as both have big trade deficit.

Gulf nations with big US Dollar reserve and low population will be able to come back as soon as the war stop

USA as big oil and gas producers are not really damaged with energy skyrockering relative to other country ( And their country is not getting bombed like Iran )

The economic fallout from this war will reverberate around the world, but you are right that it will affect those countries the most that can least afford the shocks.
