Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

strategic oil reserves have progressively got worse over the years, as per grok few years ago usa had ~700 million barrels reserved to its current stock of ~400 million barrels.

the current governments through out the world seem unable to control the rising cost of living, debts getting accumulated day by day which one way or another eat into the income of public with taxes or inflation and rising costs.

whose to say the governments will be able to refill these strategic oil reserves once this war is over?

as J.r.r Tolkien said "Evil cannot create anything, they can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have invented or made"

Trump says ‘many countries’ to send warships to keep Strait of Hormuz open

US President Donald Trump has said that many countries would send warships to keep the Strait of Hormuz open, but did not provide details on which countries would do so, Reuters reports.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said he hoped that China, France, Japan, South Korea, Britain and others would send ships to the area.

Trump says that many countries will be sending warships.

In the next paragraph he says that he hopes that scores of countries would send their warships.

Trump is obviously struggling.
Israel and US cant do the job so now will beg stupid europeans to help them

anyways will be too late as a month of this will lead world economy into recession. Well done Trumpy

I don't know, again, I say what I heard, I lay the question out, and someone said this may have been the case.

But I do talk about it with people who know that stuff. I asked my brother, who is a Marine Pilot, and another USAF guy I know from the time I worked Joint Service Intelligence in the Pentagon. Both said it's very unlikely to have a plane clip another like this, the way the tail damage means they would have to be head-on, and you don't generally need 1 refueller going the other way around, as they would be flying a racetrack pattern in holding. You don't send a replacement tanker to the exact location (like where the other one was exactly), they usually are on stations, and there are multiple stations and altitudes at any airspace

And also, from an intelligence point of view, you don't shut down the airspace because of two aircraft that collided head-on; there wasn't anyone flying in the whole of Iraq right now. The timing just didn't seem right. And they can't be all turning their transponder off, because, well, sure, fighter sortie, I get it, but heavies? Well, you just had a head-on collision within the airspace, turning off the transponder is the opposite of trying to remedy the situation.

But of course, those are all just conjecture. Can the two aircrew pair be that careless, and also the ground controller be that careless? Sure, but you need 5 people all failed their basic job at the same time to have this head-on collision occur (the 2 set of pilots flying and the ground controller), I will just say this, I don't know, but I will say this rumor exist not without a reason.

People don’t understand how dangerous is mid air-refuelling is. Lots of things can go wrong I guess. Was it a mistake or did they hit turbulence or had mechanical failures? They pilots probably are flying 10 hours 15hours shifts everyday. Could it been fatigue , tiredness, they were also operating in a high tense environment with pressure mistakes do and can happen.

The words "would" and "hopes" tells you that Trump is now in the desperation phase of realising that even if his military wins battles, he is strategically losing this war..
