The bottleneck is the Tel vehicles that can be immediately targeted after launch. Iranian anti-drone cleaning operation seems to be going well enough to allow this much of strikes without losing the tel vehicles and operators too much.Even less, probably 5-8, usually 4 waves a day with 1-2 missiles
If missile bases are secured some older shahab3s that Iran produced in early 2000s can be launched from silos as decoys in addition to the newer high quality ballistic missiles to decimate isreali interceptors faster. Old warhead if not working can be replaced with a lighter dummy warhead and much less liquid fuel would be necessary to reach isreal.
