But why September ? Do they expect something to run out in September on the US / israeli side or Iranian side ? Or is this wargaming about a potential land invasion if Iranian coast and how long they expect to finally pacify the Iranian resistance and open the Strait ?

These governments of the GCC are not the smartest people around. They're only concerned about conserving and saving their thrones.

i think chinese are expecting the current situation will get even worse so they are acting proactively to make sure their own farmers have enough fertilizers.

very good point, i think any sane person would never allow his own land to be divided no matter what, people willingly give up their life to defend their land, i have seen these things manifest in front of my own eyes, land is the most important thing people will never give up no matter how poor they are. ksa government seems compromised.
