I am confused why do Iranian leaders expect western nations to turn on their traditonal allies due to current war on Iran?

Every nation will look after their own self interest. This is the reality of the world. To expect anything otherwise is folly.

the criticsm was on the GCC countries how they conduct themselves they make deals and are partners with Indians and Israelis, celebrate a former Daesh terrorist as a Syrian leader and them Rhym with Israel and America to criticse Iranians.

their royal families are safe and most of their population is South Asian workers so if people die then it will be these unnamed South Asian workers. I guess they are willing to sacrifice dollars and South Asian lives for the hatred of Iran they share with Israel.

Well it is being tested regardless. Fewer Iranian salvos at zion means they're far from running out. Anyone's guess on real numbers as they're getting replenished faster than getting exhausted at the moment. That will require an effort on a grandeur scale by Iran in sheer numbers every single day... because their end goal is the day after.
That being said the flipside is also true as they seek to bury or destroy Iranian ability to mount a response. Which is why the emphasis was to reflect the ability, or purported capacity of Iranian missile capability still intact. With number ranging upto ~80% being destroyed or buried(overall ~90% decline from peak activity). Until the uptick in salvos overnight however, it is highly unlikely that they'd even attempt another day of over 300 any other day. Suffice to say that they're under the scanner on their ability to sustain.

how would US, Israel and the world react?

Obviously US would attack Iran, but would israel threaten to use nukes in that scenario?

Would other countries join in the war?
