The U.S. just greenlit about $15.2 billion in arms sales to Middle East allies facing ongoing attacks from Iran, including the UAE, Jordan, and Kuwait.

— The UAE is set to receive roughly $7.24 billion in military packages, including $2.1 billion for FS-LIDS systems, $644 million for F-16 upgrades and munitions, and a major $4.5 billion deal for a THAAD long-range radar.

— Kuwait’s deal comes in at $8 billion, centered on advanced LTAMDS air and missile defense radars.

— Jordan will receive a smaller $70.5 million package covering aircraft support, munitions, and equipment for its F-16, C-130, and F-5 fleets.

It's unfortunate the first Khamenei pursued appeasement and weakness as state policy for so long. How much bloodshed could we have avoided if we responded appropriately to the multitude of provocations before this war?
