Unlikely this will happen via Israel, that is wishful thinking by Israel. A land route over Iraq, Syria to Turkieye and to Europe from there makes more sense and overall cheaper and safer. Also, they will build east-west routes over Saudi to use the red sea more.

And, lets not forget, the value of oil is on a downward curve given how solar, and renewables are taking over. Granted, we will never live in an oil free world, but we will need it less than we do now. So, this wont be much of an issue in the decades to come.
