I don't think so because then they wouldn't announce a continuation.Yes, I was talking about that pause.
Are they evolving????
I was against it earlier.I think a great victory for the Paksitani people can be ensured if we take over the Wakhan corridor.
This 32 km patch will be great for Propganda against the TTP and gives Paksitan massive trade advantages. I would say this is acceptable risk
I want to hear your thoughts

This is probably first of its kind where not a single bullet was fired on these Ts. They just walked in and take everything without any resistance from police.Looks a job from inside moles in LEAs ranks. This whole incident would have continued for hours, no back up , no counter strikes,. Are these areas completely cut-off from rest of the country. Is there even any accountability for such happenings.?? These tribal areas are full of people helping Ts to continue their terror activities. Many such groups of 10,20 Ts attacking random police station and walk away without any repercussions.
Pakistan needs to work to prevent this at all costs.
Cite the presence of global terror groups destabilising the region & Muslim world. Groups like the 'Muslim brotherhood' will find space to operate here. Pakistan should refuse to share any intel with countries that ignore its concerns and leave them to face the consequences.
So maybe you didn't get what i said. All those who have stood up to the Taliban, from the tribal maliks in the 2000s to the PPP/ANP/KP Police in the 2010s to the normal civilians in Swat or elsewhere were brutally attacked and killed, with the state failing to protect them and working on other agendas. Your expectation that the PTI should now stand up and face these Taliban monsters, and get slaughtered is wholly unrealistic. Nobody is sheltering these Taliban, just avoiding them and the army.We all learned our lesson. It's only PTI that's insisting on su+king on to these animals. Same going to happen to PTI tribal elders If they don't learn their lessons. These are not "apnay log" who is going to allow PTI to run their political game for long time. Taliban are blood thirsty monsters .Those people who are sheltering them now are going to be their next victim.
Pakistan must shed its passive attitude towards Afghanistan. The decades old religious idoctrination must come to an end, the Afghans are an even bigger enemy of Pakistan than the Hindus, they are merely smaller in number.
I will not mince my words, there are many traitors who are trying to sabotage Pakistan from within due to a shared ethnicity by trying to throw Pakistan off track internally or blunt us from mounting a powerful offensive that they deserve.
They will likely come out of the wood works and will have to be dealt with too, it's going to be extremely tough but its a neccessary hurdle to cross for permanent peace. Ceasefires only delay the inevitable.
Yes Afghanistan is the graveyard of empires as demonstrated with soviets british and Americans. Inshallah talibans terrorism empire will soon join them
