Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

and not a word on murder of the journalists?

oh by the way i spotted IDF today
Do I need to respond to everything Isreal does? Members in here already responded to the killing. I'm responding to a lie/deception with a post to what was actually said. I get that many in here want it to be true that Iran hit the USS Ford but it didn't happen. That's all.

Therefore, I believe that continuous geopolitical isolation on a global scale will not exist.

What you are talking about, if I understand correctly, is if and when Iran emerges victorious from the present war. The results are not yet known, and perhaps will take some time to become evident. To the victor will belong the spoils.

Air defenses intercept drones in the skies over Erbil in northern Iraq that attempted to target the US embassy.

That is not his job. He is a spare tire, constitutionally. It is the Congress that ended up playing the role of Fire hydrant (for a dog, not a fire fighter!).

Right.
People, even the expats in America don't know the role of a US VP; such lazy people!

This is the main page of Pakistan's Dawn.com right now. Something is cooking:

The UAE has been the target of more Iranian projectiles than any other GCC state, leading to tangible losses:

Direct Hits on Critical Hubs: Strategic sites including Jebel Ali Port, the Fujairah petrochemical complex, and the Ruwais refinery have confirmed hits. Even iconic landmarks like the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) have sustained damage.

Logistics & Aviation: Dubai International (DXB) and Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International have faced multiple shutdowns due to drone and missile threats, with over 4,000 daily flight cancellations across the region at the peak of the escalation.

Resource Scarcity: Strikes on desalination plants—which provide nearly all of the UAE’s potable water—have created a "water security emergency," while the closure of the Strait of Hormuz has forced the UAE to airlift food staples, causing prices to spike by up to 120%.

Reputational Damage

For decades, the UAE’s "product" was stability. That narrative is currently under extreme pressure:

The "Safe Haven" Myth: Analysts suggest the war has "irreversibly shaken" the image of the Gulf as a permanently safe destination for expatriates and investors. The "brittleness" exposed by cheap Iranian drones bypassing expensive air defenses has unnerved the global business community.

Expat Flight: While many long-term residents are staying, there is a documented "exodus of talent" as foreign professionals reassess the risk of living in a direct combat zone.

Investor Uncertainty: Maritime insurance premiums for the Gulf have reached record highs, making Jebel Ali significantly more expensive to use compared to pre-war levels.

Economic Contraction

The material and reputational hits translate to staggering numbers:
GDP Impact: Current forecasts suggest a 5% contraction in UAE GDP if the conflict persists through the spring, with some analysts warning of a 10–15% drop if energy infrastructure sustains long-term damage.

Hydrocarbon Stagnation: Unlike Saudi Arabia, which has more robust Red Sea bypasses, the UAE’s ability to reroute its oil and LNG is limited. Production dropped by millions of barrels per day in March 2026 due to the de facto blockade of the Strait.

The UAE's economic and reputational capital is in a state of massive decline.

Can't say...

We live on the other side.
I check with my cousins who are working in UAE for past one week they did not hear any bangs but only alerts of missile launching by Iran on cellphones.

Update: As per reports Israel struck Pakistani consulate in Iran and as per international LAW consulate is consider mainland of holding country which means Israel struck Pakistan so they invited us also in this war and as per non confirm reports Pakistan responded by saying Pakistan is not Qatar and they will retaliate.

Very sad if true Pakistan needs to retaliate to these Zombie scumbags.
