They also recognize that no one will compensate them for the damage inflicted on their country's infrastructure. These are extreme demands and positions, which are typical in such scenarios. I am quite confident that the Iranian leadership would quickly abandon many of their demands if the US agrees to lift the sanctions. This is a crucial objective for Tehran, and understandably so. The revenue they would generate from freely selling their resources in the global market, along with the influx of investments, far exceeds the total damage incurred from the war so far.

There's only one question that remains:

Are the Israelis going to allow the US to sign such an agreement?
