They got an E3 destroyed, many planes downed, 24 years worth of missiles and interceptors burned off, lost military bases built over 6 decades and got everyone fu**ed globally, including themselves with Hormuz closure. Even their own intelligence is now shaking their heads, telling them 'told you so' !!

They might actually be, 'really' stupid and might as well send a few thousand marines to take over some island right next to Iranian mainland, after all they have done in the last month.

Both the russian and american power were overhyped before ukraine and Iran respectively.

All this myth of being untouchable and unkillable are shattered for the foreseable future.
Since WW2 americans have never fought a peer adversary, all they faces were some ragtag militias or insurgents with no real counterstrike options.
Iran, even though is nowhere near US in terms of firepower, has multiple strike options which it is using effectively.

No wunderwaffle can guarantee that enriched uranium spread out over Iranian territory can EVER be fully captured unless you completely invade the country

Iran should make it known, if Iranian oil and gas are targeted, there won't be exports of Saudi, Bahraini, Kuwaiti and UAE oil and gas because it would be offline/destroyed for a year. Iran would continue to close the Straits, though it would not need to as there would be no production.

With Iraqi support, I would allow full production of Iraqi and Omani oil (so long as Omani soil and airspace play no part in the war) to go to Asian buyers if buyers pay a fee to Iran and pay in Yuan for the oil. If Qatar kicks out the foreigners, and I am not talking about the slave labor or tourists, I would allow full supply of Qatar gas and oil to market once they are turned on again.
