Yes if oil infra in Kharg island is destroyed they need to say bye to uae oil infrastructure and several others as well depending on if they continue the escalation.
Another option that is circulated around is usa b52 bombing 3 smaller islands which are the Lesser Tunb greater Tunb and Abu Musa islands. Then uae and usa marines landing on those islands giving some symbolic victory for uae.
These islands are small and far from Iranian shores. Not many personnel can be stationed on those islands and b52 bombing can be severe so a camouflaged bunker network is necessary for the defenders and fiber optic camera network surveillance scattered around the island from those bunkers alerting the Iran main forces to make long range attacks by drones.
Another option that comes to my mind is Iran using shaheed drones in a reusable way to continiously drop anti personnel mines on those islands and return back to Iran recovered by parachute. Even after total bombardment the islands can be mined continiously that way. That would give attrition damage to invaders over time.
Static cameras can also be dropped by shaheed drones like mines on those islands that would transmit target video feed back to Iranian shores. Since they only transmit back to Iran or to Iranian drones flying nearby as comm relays there would be no recievers to jam on the island for usa ew aircraft.

This seems to be on the money. The US wants to end this misadventure and seizing those islands claimed by UAE will give them leeway in negotiations.
