Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

No, this is Israel/US wishful propaganda.
Houthi is not blocking Saudi oil, Iran barely hits Saudi (apart from US base).
That's true MBS is the proponent of Iran war because it serves him well.
Other than our holy sites in Saudi Arabia Iran should bomb wherever it's necessary. Saudi monarchy is pro isreal and complicit in Gaza genocide.

Other than that I believe that toilet malfunction or laundry fire was no accident. They don't want to fight and die for isreal. Someone did that to stop Gerald Ford joining the war.
Probably someone just had some bad taco resulting in explosive diarrhea.

I can't understand why Iran is dependant on kharg island for 90% of it's oil exports? All the Irani oil is present on that island ? Iran has a huge coastal line why that one island ?

Even they are malfunctions, really. The 'laundry' fire was a ventilation duct fire likely started in a laundry and spread around via the ducts. I have read a report that the toilet problem was due to bad design to conserve water, similar to problems we see with low flow toilets in recently built homes.

Persian gulf is shallow

VLCC tanker very big

Hard for tanker to come to shore

Easy to load on Island instead

#BREAKING: Hezbollah Fighters Raise Flags in Israeli Territory – Kiryat Shmona Partially Captured, IDF in Retreat
Hezbollah forces have broken through Israeli defenses and are now raising their flags inside the strategic northern town of Kiryat Shmona.
Israeli Channel 13 is confirming that parts of the town and its main IDF base are under Hezbollah control. Local residents are fleeing in panic as fighting continues in the streets.
This marks the first time a significant Israeli population center has come under direct Hezbollah control during active conflict.
The Israeli army is reported to be retreating from several positions to avoid further losses. The Home Front Command has ordered immediate evacuation of remaining civilians in the area.
Iranian state media hailed the advance as “the resistance breaking the Zionist lines.”

They use that Island to load large crude carriers. It is a major investment to build a berth to accommodate very large crude carriers and pump huge amount of oil. Iran decided to use that Island as a common port to fill the tankers. Most likely, oil is pumped from several points on the coast to that island which holds the oil before transferring to tankers.

It's all or nothing as you said.

On a side note, if Iran is not going to build the bomb after all this, then maybe it's better that the regime gives up before Iran is destroyed. Once we go down the path of attrition warfare, it will be impossible to stop it without suffering severe infrastructure damages. And unlike Ukraine, we will not be gifted $300 billion to keep fighting.

I have been saying that Iran needs nukes on this forum for more than 15 years, since when I was a very young teenager with very little knowledge about the world affairs. Back then, I thought of it as something that Iran needed to do for its prestige and for cementing our status as a power. 15 years later, nothing has changed about my opinion except that this time Iran's survival is at stake and without nukes, we're cooked.

Even if we win this round, they won't leave us alone. They'll continue their isolation and economic pressure, this time will even add reparations to it, until we implode from within. Only nukes can stop this cycle of war and internal instability.
i agree with nukes. but nukes dont stop sanctions. they just help control the escalation ladder.

also even with nukes they can attack iran. countries with nukes have all been attacked. its just the enemy knows they cant go too far.

so if we had nukes 6 years ago, iran could have responded harder to soleimani attack which would have potentially deterred further attacks.

but even if the subsequent attacks against iran still happened, they could respond harder each time imposing equal or more damage

Khark Island is used to load the oil onto tankers. It can handle 8-9 super tankers at the same time. Iran is not dependant on khark but it is Iran's major hub. During the Iran Iraq war the Iraqi air force attacked Khark island over 6000 times during the "Tanker war" . Iran established a convoy to ship Iranian oil from khark Island using Iranian tankers to transfer to foreign customers tankers out of reach of IrAF closer to Straight of Hormoz.
