JF-17 - Updates, News & Discussion

I think I got it from PAF's YouTube Channel.

I can tell you that i've had it since 25th July, 2020. Used it some clips in some of my video edits.

Please don't mention that to our good friend: tipu_creativity

Once he starts, he'll go on a rampage.
No worries mate. And keep up the good work.

The tail nozzle of the engine on the AVIC JF-17B displayed at last year's Changchun Airshow in China differed from that of the standard JF-17B‘s engine.

This indicates that the engine upgrade work for the JF-17 Bravo—at the R&D level—has been completed at CAC. This video most likely depicts PAC conducting engineering-level testing prior to mass production.

Long story short, the approach to runway is from a valley. VFR approach with mountains all around and tight turns will be dangerous at night.
Out of context to the thread, but IAF has been practicing night landings on Skardu airbase with paratroopers and special forces in their exercises.

This is a very old video. I saw it around 5ish years ago.

I dont think iaf has that much helo lift capacity to even airlift a company. Certainly not the attack helo part

I recall them having quite a big fleet but even if they did it, half of them would crash on the way due to engine flameout from paj-eet-maintenance standards. A dozen or so will crash land and the rest will get knocked out by small arms fire as they approach the field. Forget about Manpads.

Hostomel but stinkier.

Not mention the environment is literally helicopter hell with thousands of Manpads
at those altitudes and with heavy loads they'll be struggling to keep in the air. You dont even need manpads amir with dshk can make mince meat of them

IAF at Skardu? I think you are referring to C-130J night landing at Kargil.
