Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Of course they can. They are a rich country and can sign peace treaties with their neighbors and build trade and cultural links. Like any other normal country.
They were swallowed by Iraq..KSA want to do the same to them. USA is the only guarantee of their survival.

Well the US can barely overfly Iraq right now, so...the US isn’t in nearly as much control as it claims.

Think of it from a geopolitical angle. The push after this war will be to build pipelines to bypass the Strait of Hormuz, and Europeans may see Syria as the better alternative for pipeline destination than Israel or Turkey. Sharaa is very good at seizing opportunities.
1. Any pipeline touching Syrian soil will be connected to existing Turkish energy infrastructure to reach Europe.

2. The idea is much older than the Iran War.

3. Iran wants the exact same connectivity via Turkey to the EU markets but the Europeans decline.

Breaking news: The average price of gasoline in the U.S. is now more than $4 a gallon, the first time it has reached that level since 2022.

What is as, if not more, important is the price of diesel. The average price for that is now $5.37 per gallon.

In the US, with huge distances, goods are shipped in trucks that run on diesel. Increased diesel prices will cause price rises for everyday goods. More than 50% of the US population lives paycheck to paycheck will be angered by that.

No man. The royal family of what is now Kuwait was the safe haven and mentor to Abdul Aziz Al Saud back when his family was in exile. The House of Al Saud see them as family.

Sharaa and Syrians will eventually want to extricate themselves from the Turkish grip. The idea is pipelines to the Syrian coast from where European tankers can take the oil or gas. I know the idea has been around for decades.

This guy doesn't understand how conservative and similar Kuwait is to Saudi Arabia. Kuwaitis are honorable people unlike the UAE and Bahrainis. They tried to keep peace between all parties.
