One for certain that countries like UAE & KSA after their involvement in Attacks on Iran is obvious would not want America to leave without the job is done, although Iran is pushed back 10-15 years, but a nation with determination can rebuild much faster than lazy ones who just outsource their security to others, I think if Iran can keep its BM program and manage to remove sanctions it will greatly benefit them, they can order military equipment from China, rebuilding all the military bases, and civilian infrastructure will be a little pain in the butt, but like I said when a nation fighting for its existence and have determination they can overcome any hurdles.
If a cease-fire with guarantee of no more attacks have reached, Iran can make its conventional capability 10 times what they have before the start of this war, I hope that Iranian current leadership are more clearer on the discussion of Nuclear weapons than previous one, make it or completely back off from it and make a stronger conventional force with BM/CM and drones, with strong AF and AD system. But with Iran getting Nukes, it will push KSA/Turkey to look towards their own nukes, if KSA decide not to then they can still rely on Pakistani nuclear weapons which will weaken the blackmail from Israel about their Samson Option, Arab/GCC/Iran can absorb several nuclear strikes from Israel but Israel is a tiny country, 2 nukes on their major cities and that's it. If the new world order is where its might is right, law of the jungle and no one is safe, so every country who fears to be attacked and taken over to be exploited have the right to develop nuclear weapons or face similar situation like Iran, Venezuela and most probably Cuba soon.
