Will they as part of this, permanently close down the local CENTCOM "offices", or is this statement only specific to the current round of "hostilities" ?

Yes, and how did these tiny MH-6's make it deep into Iranian territory?

They don't have the longest range and I highly doubt they can do aerial refueling...must be something on the ground for them to refuel at....💡

Here you go.

The rescue of that pilot is not something to rattle your cool and lose focus. The crucial part of that rescue is the American know exactly where the bastard is, while the Iranian have no clue. Without the ability to pin point the exact location of the guy, there is no way they could have rescued him as more time drags out. With absolute intelligence on the location and air supremacy, I'm just surprised it took them that long to find the guy and that many assets to be deployed.
Spot on in a few aspects. Like the Americans knew the whereabouts of the pilot.
But surprisingly, the USA sent an armada. Thus, if the Iranians didn't know early, they surely knew when the armada arrived. Is that the reason why the USA lost so many assets? Surely, it is something to ponder.

Was the Isfahan FARP part of a secret attempt to raid Isfahan nuclear complex that failed?

Something is not adding up in US story. There is an identified helicopter in the background here. I would strongly recommend to take the American's story with a pinch of salt. Give it a week for the fog to settle.

Two Mighty Monster OFF Road C 130s stuck at the same time behind enemy lines doesnot make any sense, most likely damaged by Iranian fire and could not fly back, so they had to destroy them.

or minor damage due to laundary / tolilet issues.

The disappointing part is, while the US forces were stuck on ground, waiting for backups, Iran was suppose to send a missile or famous FPVs. We know it was a vast barren land where there was no chance of local casualities,

disappointing but not shameful. considering the number of planes and helicopters damaged or completely destroyed since the F0-15 was shot down.

as said the area is rugged and very hard to travel even with vehicles due to remoteness. consider Pakistani/ Afghan Tribal belt.

Americans and Israelis bragged about destroying Iranian air defence and with that "destroyed weapons" Iranians managed to shoot down F-15 and a good number of helicopters and planes that came to help with rescue efforts.

please consider this what the Iranian forces are up against. when even surviving the aggression was a big achievement itself.
there are not many examples of such resilience and dedication.

pray that Israel, Americans and their GCC allies are humiliated and humbled more in the coming days.
The area is no doubt difficult. The reason he evaded capture is that MF was hiding deep in a ridge like a rat. And his exact location was only known by his rescuers.

Officially US-Israel have lost near to 2x the aircrafts now than IRI has lost(80 vs 47), counting everything except smaller drones.

It was 41st Para Rescue who were first in and last out.

man.. ! good.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Just a Q.. how plausible is it for the US to repeat that to a nuclear site? Can they provide air cover and CAS all the time? The aircraft were destroyed by Iranian ADs. Then why did they land?
Have Iranians underdesigned its ADs? Not the first time, or those missiles always get the bait (Chaff etc)?
